Did you remember your pledge to the church this year? 2 Corinthians 9:7 reminds us: "Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."
And in Acts 20:35 we are reminded: "In all this I have given you an example that by such work we must
support the weak, remembering the words of the Lord Jesus, for he
himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive."
Everything we do at Asbury is in service to those around us. From our VBS to Griefshare and youth ministry to worshiping together on Sunday morning is provided for through your generous donations. Asbury is YOUR church, and without your involvement in our ministries through volunteering and financial support we cannot function as your church. If you have turned in your pledge card we encourage you to fully meet your pledge. If you have not turned in a pledge card we want to encourage you to fill out a pledge card online or contact our Director of Financial Ministries, Linda Stephenson, who will confidentially help you in the pledge process.
