The Alpha Omega choir is Asbury’s youth choir. Every teenager may not have a great voice, but every teenager needs to be involved in something positive that helps to develop leadership. The choir sings for worship through the year and gives concerts at Christmas and May. They sing in nursing homes and tour every year. Even numbered years feature the choir on a mission trip during the summer and odd numbered years feature the choir on a choir tour, usually during spring break.
The AOs rehearse every Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. in the sanctuary. Come join us! You’ll find a great place to belong.

Alpha Omega Choir
It’s incredible to me, but this is the 23rd year of Alpha Omega Choir.
Here’s a schedule with the times that youth will sing for worship for this year. Please keep it handy. We’ll revise it in January (no plan survives first contact!!!!).
When the choir sings, please meet in the choir room 15 minutes prior to the service times. The choir will sing and stay in the worship service.
Our seniors will determine the uniforms for the year. I’ll get that information to you as soon as possible after the first rehearsal on August 21.
Please note that the choir rehearses in the sanctuary every Sunday from 3:00 to 4:15 p.m. We send a post card to each student every Monday with reminders about the upcoming week. There are a couple of weeks where we will not rehearse and those are listed below.
Asbury has a safe sanctuary policy that mandates that at least two adults from different families be present for activities involving youth or children. We will send a schedule to you as soon as the enrollment for choir is fairly well set. All you have to do is please be here.
