The Cokesbury Choir is Asbury’s Senior Adult choir and sings the third Sunday of every month at the 8:30 service. Jim Fowler is the leader and he welcomes anyone to come join the fun. The group rehearses at 8:00 a.m. on thhe days they sing and takes an trips on occasion to sing in nursing homes and just have fun. Come have a great time with a great group!



The Cokesbury Choir led a sing-along at Lake Sherwood Village Retirement Home in Baton Rouge September 3. The crowd was enthusiastic and the whole bunch had a great time visiting Nottaway Plantation, lunch at TJ Ribs, then singing the afternoon away!

The choir meets at 8:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall on the Sundays they sing.

Except for July 3, 2011, the choir always sings at the 8:30 service.
