This is our Sunday School program. Cafe' Ignite opens up at around 9:15 am serving chilled coffee drinks. Then we offer 4 classes from 9:45 am - 10:50 am.

Discussion Class Teacher: Mark Riley Place: Cafe' Ignite (Room 4)
This is a deep class with deep topics that asks you to challenge the way you look at your faith and the bible. Deeply rooted in Methodism, we discuss things from social justice to other religions to different books of the bible. We can tackle any topic you want, so come with a bible, your own opinions, and an open mind.
The Internet/Music Video Class Teachers: Kyle Deroche and Mark Belanger Place: Kyle's Office (Room 8)
In this class we use music and technology to examine our faith and the bible. Using a 40 inch flat screen tv and a Sony Dolby Digital surround sound system, we jam out to music videos from various artists and use the Internet (on the big screen) to discuss the topics and imagery in the video. We also use different video clips of news reels and media to discuss how the world views the topics and finally use the Bible to see what God says. Some artists that we have used are: Switchfoot, Foo Fighters, House of Heroes, Natalie Grant, Fireflight, Muse, Family Force Five and many others. Reel to Real (Movie class) Teachers: Mike and Cynthia Durand Place: Youth Room (Room 7)
The goal of this unique Sunday School class is to find the spiritual in the secular. Even contemporary movies have more in them than you realize. Using a variety of "high-tech" tools (high definition big screen, surround sound, Blu-ray and Clearplay where appropriate) coupled with scripture and discussion, this class can help us to examine our faith and how to live it in the "real" world. This information will help you understand what we are trying to do with the particular movie we are showing and hopefully answer your questions about how "that movie" could possibly offer anything to a young Christian. Bring your Bible and your ideas for movies for us to look at.
Sunday School Survey (Jr. Highers only!!!!) Teacher: Melanie Lowry Place: The Game Room (Room 3 by the cafe')
Those Sr. High folks are weird and smell funny and I don't know what these classes are all about. Where's the class with more kids like me? If this is you and you're in 7th or 8th grade, then the "Survey Class"is for you!!! What in the world can I get from watching a movie, or checking out a music video or having discusions?!?!? Great question! This class is a "taste" of all of the classes offered for the Sr. High folks. We use crazy fun activities, games and videos/movies while having great discussions about our faith and how it applies to our lives. This class introduces you to "Soul Impact" and lets you hang out with more kids your age. We also offer Wii and Playstation on the BIG SCREEN TV and Guitar Praise (Christian version of Guitar Hero....it's AWESOME) on the youth computer before class starts, so get there early!!!!
